  As a first time home buyer you want someone on your side who is going to ease the home buying process and Michelle did just that and more. Michelle was always so quick to respond and had the answers to all of our questions. One thing we looked for when searching for a loan officer was someone who made us feel stress free. Being a first time home buyer you don’t know all the in’s and outs of buying and it comes with a lot of unfamiliar terminology which can become stressful but Michelle was always so great at explaining everything to us so it all made sense and she did it with a calming manner. Michelle will hands down be our person in the future when it comes to buying and selling. We have already told friends and family about her who are on their way to buying their first home. We couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience during this 45 day process and it’s all in thanks to Michelle and the rest of the team :)

  Michelle and her team were very professional and explained everything very clearly in plain language, which was very helpful considering many financial institutions forget that the rest of us do not spend all day reading financial statements. They were helpful the entire way, their website was very intuitive that managed the document collection process, and their closing package was complimented by the title company and lawyers involved as not obtrusive.
