  James Mahieu was exceptional with my home loan and made the buying process extremely easy for me. Not only did he make his self available I had his personal cell number. He was answering questions day and or night. Buying a home can be scary for a single mother but his service was exceptional. He reassured me everything would be okay.   The experienced of refinancing my home twice with the help of James Mahieu is above excellent.   As a first time homebuyer, I was completely lost on the process. Thankfully I found James! He was there for me EVERY SINGLE TIME I had a question, no matter how trivial the question was. He answered everything with the same level of professionalism and expertise as if I had never asked him a question before. This level of communication was invaluable to me and was the deciding factor on who I wanted to work with for a mortgage. I never had to wait for a call back, email responses came within the hour, and each and every time he showed me patience and clarity.   James is the best, we dealt with other mortgage lenders before being introduced to james and they were nothing but a headache. Once james started helping us we we're able to get everything situated and figured out, even after business hours he helped us and answered any questions we had. If it wasnt for james and our realtor introducing us we never would have closed on our house, especially after all the ups and downs.
