  James and the team do an excellent job of taking care of all my insurance needs. They are always available to answer any questions and assist with whatever I need. I highly recommend James Leone State Farm. They even have an office cat there sometimes!

  I just spoke with James. Leone this morning and to my surprise he told me I have been with State Farm for ten years. He told me of the new discounts I would be receiving and other things. It makes my day always when I speak to James. I never have to wait when I put in a call to his office. If you are not happy with the company you are currently with I would say take a chance with James Leone. I know you will be a satisfied customer with his services.

  Never thought I'd recommend an insurance company, but I highly recommend James Leone and his group. Special shout out to Ben Giest, who works with James. I've never dealt with James, only Ben and every time Ben has been super helpful. Got a chipped windshield, called to ask how to file a claim, Ben offered to submit and coordinate the whole thing. Awesome people, highly recommend.

  When I was here, never had a negative interaction with anyone here. Dealt mostly with Ben and he was great, rates were great for me too. Highly recommend if the rates work for you.

  James and team are so helpful! I have my home, auto, business and life insurance with this office and they always take the time to explain to me what I have and why I have it. If you are in the Albany/ Delmar area you should definitely consider this office for your insurance needs!

  I have had all my insurance with James for several years now and couldn’t be happier. He was able to save me several hundred dollars compared to what I was paying while also having higher and proper coverage amounts for various insurance products. Though I haven’t had any claims since I’ve been there, him and his staff have always answered any questions I’ve had.

  I couldn't of had a better experience with State Farm and all the staff here, each of them, especially Mackenzie was super helpful and attentive to all my questions and they were able to provide me with the services I've been needing, can't these guys enough, I definitely recommend these guys for your insurance needs!!!
