  I just picked-up my 2014 320i xDrive with the best salesman ever Leo Albert was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He sat down with us and explained and answered all our questions and listened carefully to what we told him we wanted in the car and then took great care in finding the perfect car on the lot for us, without ever trying to oversell one feature or option. The entire staff was extremely friendly and engaging. This is my first BMW and I will definitely be going back to Leo for my next car.

  On the way back home to Canada on a Friday afternoon tire alarm came on about 20 miles east of Albany on the Thruway. A few days earlier I had needed to have a new tire installed as I had been driving for way too long on a flat run flat and was now concerned that the rim may have been compromised. GPS’d to this dealership which took care of me immediately. Fortunately it was only a computer problem but main point is they went out of their way to accommodate me late Friday afternoon so I could get back on time for an important event. Kudos to Brad!

  Honestly one of my best car buying experiences. The staff at BMW of South Albany are highly professional, efficient and well organized. I am very happy with my deal and, especially, my X3!

  The best BMW service in the Capital Region. I’ve used them all since 2003 for my 1995 525i. Still running strong with the help of this crew going above and beyond on each issue to provide a professional estimate and resolve.

  I saw a the car I wanted online and sent an email. Shortly after Dennis Brown contacted me about the car. I was in a situation where I was unhappy with the vehicle I had and was upside-down. I have a busy schedule so I asked Dennis to run some preliminary numbers to see if I could get out of my vehicle. He did amazing work on getting me numbers that were far better than I anticipated so I chose to go in and run final numbers. He and Danielle, the finance person, were exceptional to work with. There was no pressure, they were super professional, and I got a hell of a deal! I will be doing all of my future car shopping at BMW of So. Albany and more specifically with Dennis and Danielle! Thank you for the experience!

  I flew in from out of state, my flight was delayed and it was a holiday weekend meaning I wouldn’t be able to make it before the dealership closed. Between the flight and my insurance agent leaving me hanging for the holidays nothing was going right. My salesperson Dennis was extremely helpful in working through these issues with me. He had plans to be with his family on the only day that was going to work for me. Instead, he picked me up from my hotel first thing in the morning, we went in and got everything taken care of. I would have been forced to fly back home otherwise. Great service, the only thing that went smooth in the entire process was working with the dealership/salesperson.

  I recently leased a new BMW from BMW of South Albany after being with another dealer for several years. The service was exceptional and they gave me a courtesy car without any questions. The timing was convenient, the staff very friendly and my car came back cleaner than when I left it off. Three Cheers.

  Great people! I worked with Johnny Wang and he was awesome! I highly recommend him! Everyone I dealt with were superb! My first time buying a BMW and I don't think it will be my last :)

  I ordered my new 530 in May and it only took ~ six weeks to get my new car, and the agent (Phillip) there worked with me is really nice and helpful. The whole process worked out very well and I would love to recommend them to any of my friends whoever need a BMW.
