  During covid 19 epidemic working for the fire department I have been swamp but interest rates are very low so I wanted to take advantage of the rates that are at a historical low James Childers made the process quick and smooth I never had to leave my home or work the notary was prompt on time and organized this is the second time I have worked with James to take a moment in time to lower my rate thank you James to everyone out there hope everyone is healthy to a great 2020 ! If you are thinking about refinance but your not sure call James he will explain if it's worth it or not if it isn't a benefit for you and your family he will let you know the truth again thank you James Childers
