  Greg got us preapproved the same day we met him and made sure we understood all the ins and outs of the loan process throughout escrow. He was incredibly helpful, took all my calls when I needed clarification and helped move the process along smoothly and quickly. He got us a great rate and made sure to lock it in before the market changed. We had been chatting with another loan officer at the same time but Greg just made everything so simple and straightforward and we felt well taken care of whereas the other guy had so many hoops to jump through and unnecessary paperwork to fill out and it would have been a headache but working with Greg was a breeze and true pleasure.
