  We are extremely grateful to do business with James Castaldo CPA & Associates. We found them through a Google search and were highly impressed with their reviews. As new small business owners, we made mistakes and also spent many years building our business. With so much time spent on building a brand we relied too much on previous accountants who created an absolute accounting mess that cost us thousands of dollars. We've been fortunate to work with Will, Justin, and Drake. Will did an amazing job cleaning the mess left by the previous accountant. I find everyone at Castaldo CPA to be very professional, organized and straightforward. I really wish that we would have found Castaldo CPA when we first opened our business; it would've saved us lots of money and headaches.   James Castaldo and Associates is a fantastic accounting firm. They can really do anything, they always respond and react timely to all of my personal and business needs. In fact, after losing my accountant of 25 years because of his retirement, they were recommended by a fellow business owner and I never looked back.   I am SO grateful for Justin at James Castaldo CPA! I started my own business last year, so this is my first year doing business taxes, and it is so stressful!! Justin was amazing and patient at helping me with my Quickbooks. He told me what changes he made, and why, and helped set me up correctly for the next year. To me, it was very important to have open, easy communication, and he provided that.
