  We have found both of our Boston-area apartments through Jamaica Plain Rentals and Sales! Rob and Coleman were an awesome team - super responsive, personable, and clear. After a bit of time away from Boston, when we were ready to come back, we reached back out to Rob with details of the type of place we were looking for. He kept us in his mind and was able to recommend a place to us before it even went up on their website! We’ve had great experiences with them both times and highly recommend working with Rob and/or Coleman at JP Rentals and Sales.

  Coleman was wonderful! We were apartment hunting from out of state and he was so helpful with online paper work, face timing us tours of apartments, just truly going above and beyond anytime we had questions!

  Finding a good real estate agent is extremely difficult, as you probably know. Look no further! Rob and his team were extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient, and always looking out for my best interests. It was by far the most pleasant experience I've had with a real estate broker, and there have been many over the years. Great communication, responsiveness, and negotiation on my behalf. I can't recommend Rob enough. Call him if you want a great real estate experience!

  Wonderful experience! I was looking to rent during a period when apartments were being rented within hours of posting. JP Rentals helped me find an apartment I love! They also kept the search in my price and location range. I was primarily in contact with Coleman, who was extremely helpful, professional, and efficient.   We had a great experience with Rob renting an apartment in Roslindale - found it through one of the home listing sites (zillow, I believe) and he was very responsive, professional, and prompt. After seeing SO many other places, it was great to be able to quickly & easily schedule a showing, discuss the place, submit an offer (slightly below asking!) and get accepted in ~48 hours. We would definitely recommend for anyone looking in the area. He continued to be communicative after we signed the lease, too.

  Rob was fantastic to work with. He was very kind and professional, and answered all of our questions about the rental we were interested in. Any answers he did not have, he was willing to reach out to the owners about and he was prompt with his replies. I would highly recommend working with Rob at JP Rentals and will reach out to him in the future should I be looking in the area again.

  Rob helped me find a great apartment. He showed me a few, and we corresponded in between, and he was super-available. I had a ton of questions about the whole approval process, and he patiently answered all of them.
