  Randal Engelmann, what a great real estate professional! He took the time to walk us through what to expect in selling our condo and purchasing a single family home AT THE SAME TIME. A tricky endeavor. Randal was extremely knowledgeable and well-informed but also very personable and supportive. He addressed our questions and concerns with expertise and empathy, making the process move forward without a hitch. The purchase was a breeze even with a few curve balls from the sellers, and our condo sold after just one open house and with 3 offers having been submitted (all above asking). What a relief! Wonderful!!
