  Suuuuuuper slow customer service. Average time per customer must be about 7 minutes, and there's always a long line. The tellers are slow, though nice....once you've waited forever to speak with one of them. I've been here a number of times just to get quarters and have had to wait at least 20 minutes, if not more, each time. Worst BoA experiences I've had by far.

  I saw the low reviews and was hesitant, but tried this center out of convenience thinking “How bad could it be?” since I’ve only ever had good experiences with BofA in the 15+ years I’ve had an account with them. Well, the uninformed customer service reps, limited services, and overall frustrating experience were not worth the convenient location. Trust the reviews, stick to online banking, and, if you need a center’s services, go elsewhere.

  The worst customer service ever. They have multiple booths just for show. Any day of the week they have only 1 guy in the bank and a lady to say 'Say hi how are you doing' to people coming in the bank. Would help if she gets inside the booths and do something useful.

  Worst customer service ever. They don’t even try to help you they just want you to leave. they only work for certain people of ethnicity. Discrimination is there as well. My third time they treated me very badly.

  Worst Bank I have ever been in, their customer service sucks and they only have 1 teller the line is always out the door and they close at 4 and not open on the weekend, they are in a busy area. Do better Bank of America Do Better.

  This has to be the worst BoA ever slow and unorganized...everytime i come here there is an issue with time and concerns not being properly addressed...go somewhere else

  I called from long distance (china) to speak to someone regarding a check deposit that was mailed to them directly, I called 17 times no one answered the phone and when they answered they hung up on me. worst customer service

  “What country are we in?” is the question that one must ask one self when entering this location. If you go in here not speaking Spanish you’re the outcast even though it’s located in Boston.
