  This review is for Steven Gaddies, i bought new trailhawk just because of his personal interaction with me. I was on the market for a while and none of other dealers interacted the way Steve did. He is absolutely fantastic to understand your needs and likes and makes every effort to get that car for you. I wanted to only test drive the car but end up driving home.   We purchased our new 2017 Jeep Wrangler and as stressful as it is at times during a new car purchase - Remi Batchelor made everything a breeze!! He was so friendly and very responsive. He is a top-notch sales executive and made our experience a wonderful one! He even went above and beyond in taking the next step to work with the Service Department. He ensured everything was taken care of in getting a back-up camera installed before we came in for our appointment. He is a big reason we will return to Jake Sweeney!!   After a horrific experience with another local dealer (Wyler) I found a car at Jake Sweeney that was exactly what we wanted but a little over my price range. Dwayne Smith worked with me a little and we were able to cut a deal. Dwayne was very professional and honest about the car, warranties and everything associated with the deal. In fact I dealt with a couple different salespeople before Dwayne who were also fantastic (Keth and Tina). The issue with the other dealer had to do with them advertising the car as certified then trying to charge me $1000 for that certification after agreeing to a price. The deal here with Sweeney was for the same car with 10k less miles plus Sweeney includes a lifetime power train warranty on their cars. In addition I was out the door in less than a hour after agreeing to price. Really wish I would have gone here first. Highly recommend Jake Sweeney.

  I was searching for a used car for some time and landed at Jake Sweeney Chrysler Jeep Dodge, where they had a used BMW I was interested in, I was greeted by Myles Hale, and he quickly helped me locate the car I wanted, let me test drive it, and answered my questions about the vehicle and also about the future service of the vehicle and how I could get everything taken care of right there at Jake Sweeney. He knew what he was talking about. The experience was quick, friendly and professional. I would definitely purchase a car here again.

  I purchased an New Jeep from Marty Deutschland. He was amazing from start to finish, really paid attention to my needs (and wants), and gave me a straight deal. I went to several dealerships and worked with a couple online, and couldn’t find anyone who wasn’t either treating me like some “dumb single girl” or who wasn’t trying to royally screw me over... until I reached out to Marty. Ladies, don’t be afraid to do business with him, it was refreshing. It took me weeks to find a good, decent salesman who wanted to sell me a car more than he wanted to ring every dollar out of me.

  After dealing with weird sales tactics, run-arounds, and general laziness from two other sales people at this dealership, I looked at the Google reviews for this dealership and consistently saw it mentioned that Kevin Laxton was incredibly helpful and straightforward.
