  It’s really important to me that I work with people I like. Whether it’s a plumber, a house painter or a mortgage broker, I seek out people who are kind and have a passion for what they do. I shopped around for someone to help me refinance my home, and when Jai was recommended by an experienced Sacramento realtor, it only took one conversation to know he was the guy. I don’t have a big house or live in a fancy neighborhood, but I wanted to be treated like I did! Jai was not only knowledgeable, offering guidance and options to help me achieve my goals, he was always enthusiastic, responsive and kind. If you’re tired of dialing 1-800 numbers and waiting on hold to talk to a big “dot-com” mortgage company, Jai and his staff are a wonderful, local choice.

  Jai Jett is what I would describe as Old School professional. He takes the time to listen before explaining all the options for your individual situation. Thorough and comprehensive throughout the process.   Golden bay mortgage has been the biggest asset in our portfolio, myself and my son have both used golden bay for financing and refinancing for years , these people are in your corner , working things for you , and making things work when there ’s an issue, I cannot say enough thanks for the entire golden bay mortgage team.   Jai Jett does awesome work with military active duty and veterans! Jai and his team assisted me with buying my first home while I was stationed overseas. He ensured I understood the VA Loan process and answered all of my questions and communicated with me even when we were 17 hours apart in time difference. We went through multiple scenarios and Jai broke it down and articulated it in a way that makes the home buying process easy.   When it comes to buying a home, you are going to want to secure yourself a good mortgage. You need to look no further than Jai. Jai will get you the best rate, and more importantly, he will make sure you understand what that rate means. Jai will not shy away from running multiple interest rate scenarios and thoroughly explaining each and every one of them. I spent hours with Jai getting deep into the numbers and had dozens of questions, especially as a first-time homebuyer. Jai was able to answer those questions and some. Not only was I able to secure a fantastic rate for my mortgage, but Jai was also able to ensure that I never had to worry about any surprises as he prepared me for everything I would encounter.   Jai helped me with my home loan and then with refinancing my home when rates decreased. I know I can always trust Jai to always work in my best interest which is such a comfort. Not only is he trustworthy but he is extremely knowledgeable & always takes the time to go over options. He's also a great human being! We need more people like Jai in this world.   Jai and his team are absolutely great. Getting all the files over for the loan application and approval was simple, Jai walked me through each step in great detail and was super responsive to my questions, and my loan was prepared and approved faster than I thought was possible. I also got an awesome loan:). My realtor, Stephanie Ferris, works with Jai regularly and was the one who recommended him to me.
