  They have the nastiest attitudes ever!! The employee was rude and condescending towards me! In addition, their communication with me was very inconsistent. I called prior to arriving to ensure that I had the correct documents, which included everything except a blood sample, and then was told something different when I arrived after driving 45 minutes to get there! Their interest rate is really high compared to the competitor next door (Title Max). If I could give a negative star rating I would! Don't waste your time!

  Horrible customer service, rude....you will not be able to pay back !! Read the paperwork!!! they kinda rush through everything So I suggest read before you sign

  Sad excuse of a lender. Absolutely impossible to repay product, that takes advantage of those in bad situations. 30 days to repay thousands of dollars with 25% interest rate on a 1 month term. So if took out a 5k loan in 30 days you now owe 6k or they can repo your vehicle if you don’t come up with 1k for the interest to be paid back. Institutions like this should not be legal.

  I love these guys and gals. Point, blank and period there's no other like them!!! They understand that life gets the best of you sometimes and don't kick you why your down. I take my hat off to them and take a bow. I have being dealing with them I think 5yrs off and on but mostly on and I don't regret not a day of it. Check them out you'll see.   Stephanie and Heather have went above an beyond in helping me with my financial needs. I have been to multiple places in the area with no luck until I decided to stop by here. They are fast, efficient, & courteous. Highly recommended!!

  Heather and her staff are some of the most professional people I have had the pleasure of doing business with. I have had title loans at other places and I will use Jacksonville Title from now on. Heather took the time to really explain the process and the terms of the loan to me in great detail. When coming in to the office I am always greeted with a smile and a friendly voice, even when calling in the staff has always been courteous and professional. Thank you Heather and staff for giving me a truly professional and personal service.

  Just finished completing a loan with Jacksonville Title and they were wonderful! Heather was so nice and took care of my loan fast! They had me in and out with cash in only 30 minutes! I would recommend anyone who is looking for a title loan to go to Jacksonville Title, it is was so easy and fast, it is the only place I will go from now on. They have the best service around. Oh and not only did I get the cash I needed super fast but they gave me a gas card too!

  I took all appropriate proof of my employment and bank statement but that wasn't good enough. I was treated like I was lying about employment and was told I had to log in on their computer to see my bank statement although I brought it with me. I've gotten title pawns before from Title Max and was never treated like this. I left here and went to lending bear and was treated professionally, the staff was helpful and I got what I went there for. I wouldn't recommend Jacksonville Title Pawn to anyone. I dodged a bullet here and I am very thankful. Go back to Florida with this attitude

  Due to our company policy, we do require the customer to bring an original copy of a bank statement, electric bill or phone bill to verify proof of residency. For your convenience, we also have a computer available for you to print one of these items.   This was my first time doing business with Jacksonville Title, and they were super professional and I felt very comfortable working with them. Heather was great and got me in and out in a short time and made the process totally pain free. Highly recommended!!

  Perfect! They didnt rush me and answered all my questions. Ive already made two payments and liked I could use my card. They send me reminder text which is helpful because my old memory needs it. I sent my Brother in law and got $50 for sending him. Heather is the manager, Ive seen nothing but kindness from her. All the staff is helpful.
