  From the time you step foot in the office you are treated like a long lost friend! From the smiles in the front office to the patience of the agents, you leave feeling good. Jack is very detailed in his approach, explaining and answering any questions you have about your insurance protection. There is always someone willing to answer your questions even after the policy is written! I think that is one thing that sets that office apart, you really are treated "like a good neighbor".

  Jack Dean Statefarm Office has been my #1 go to for the past 5 years or so. From renters insurance, car insurance, to life insurance this office has offered me help, support, and knowledge to make sure that I am on top of what I should know as a young woman in my 20’s and being sure that my investments and coverages are handled properly. I’ve relocated out of the area over the years but I still seek and continue to maintain a working relationship with those there in the Jack Dean office. Their generosity, hospitality, and care is unmatched.

  Jack Dean and his entire team have been there for us many times since switching over. Much more personable and reliable than the 800 number insurance companies out there. I would recommend them to anyone in the area. From our auto policies and homeowners and even life insurance they've got you covered!

  Jack’s team was able to help my family by providing us with the appropriate coverage for our needs. We had not reevaluated our insurance needs in years. Jack was able to not only save us money on our premiums but increase our coverage where it mattered most (auto and home). We will be coming back in the future for sure!

We train each week on better ways to make sure our insureds are getting the coverage that will be there when they need us the most. Having an dormant agent that does not offer periodic policy reviews is not why you pay a premium.

  Amazingly helpful, communicative, proactive, committed, knowledgeable, professionally conducive, respectful and personable group of pros. I recently moved along the state border and am so glad to get to keep the same office as my local office. In fact, they made the move so much less stressful with assistance changing information and helping getting the best bang for buck with home and auto. 10/10 Would and Have Recommended.

  I have been with several different insurance companies throughout my life but none of them could ever come close to how they treat me at Jack Dean State Farm. Jacki has always been such an amazing, bright, & smiling face & is so welcoming to help me with anything. Her professionalism is unparalleled, but her friendship & love for people is immeasurable.   Jack Dean State Farm, is not "just an insurance company," It's a friendly familiar face that you can speak to, whether on the phone, or by coming into the office. The service is above any other I have ever had. If you are in the need of any coverages on auto, home, life, mortgages, or even retirement don't hesitate to give them a call. You won't regret it!

  I may be a little biased since I work for Jack, but if you haven't experienced the expertise and golden heart of this man - you are missing out! He is constantly giving back to the community and treats his employees like they are his own family! Call in or visit the office for an in depth auto, home, business, life, or retirement review.
