  Atlantic bay is a great mortgage company! They made the process to apply for a loan easy and kept me up to date with any new information and stages of loan process. Michael Rocco is the guy to go to if you are looking to buy a home.

  I have done two home purchasers through other lenders. I recently did a refi with Atlantic Bay Mortgage. The people that I worked with from ABM were all responsive and my lender listened to my situation, explained a variety of options to me, and was patient with my questions. I know refis are different than new purchases, but they made the process easy and hassle free. I intend to do my next purchase with them.

  All parts of the mortgage process were smooth and expedient. During the quote period, Mike Rocco was not pushy. He was professional and approachable. Any questions I had were answered without condescension. Their rates were also considerably lower than both local and other national competitors. At the closing, the environment was not tense and suffocating, but casual, informative and thorough. I would and have recommended Mike Rocco and Atlantic Bay Mortgage to friends, family, and anyone looking for mortgaging services.

  Working with Stephanie at Atlantic Bay was wonderful, and was a positive experience from start to finish. She knew her numbers inside and out, always made us a priority, and explained our options so that we could make the best decision for our house payment. She truly cares about her clients and it shows! Home buying is stressful to say the least so having a lender that knows her stuff is invaluable in this process. Ours was not a normal home-buying experience. She guided us through the chaos of Covid, a delayed closing, and other unforeseen twists.
