  The communication and accommodation along with the overall professionalism is was what made this such a pleasant experience. Jack realized the situation we were in with rising rates and competitive market and rose the occasion to really make sure we were taken care of. We as customers knew there was no way to know the rates would skyrocket, and Jack handled the situation flawlessly as we were dealt this unfortunate hand. Definitely recommend!

  Beginning my process to become a homeowner I never thought how much time and documentation went into it. I am a recent college graduate and always knew that after I graduated that it was time to move out of moms house ! Well instead of looking at apartments I sat down with family to discuss the pros and cons of being a home owner vs renting an apartment. With that being said the pros of home ownership outweighed the pros of renting an apartment significantly! My realtor , Jack and his team all made this process less stressful for me with the entire process of finding my first home. Never would I ever think that being so young that I would be capable of investing into my future so early on with a HOUSE! I was debating on if I should wait until later in the year to purchase a home due to the fluctuating market , but jack and his team assisted with making it possible to find something that I can afford! Here I am meeting goals that many young people in their 20’s can’t say they’ve accomplished yet! Forever grateful ! If you’re even thinking about looking into getting a place GO TO HCP MORTGAGE AND WORK WITH THEM!

  Purchasing a home can be nerve-racking!! I can't express enough at how pleased I am with my choice to go with Prime Lending and having Jack Cooper to facilitate my loan process. Jack was knowledgeable and informative from beginning to end. His leadership made me comfortable and at ease. Let me not be remiss in saying...   Jack is an excellent lender. If I could give him more stars I would. I am a first time home buyer in Texas and found Jack through the first time home buyer assistant program. He was the first person to respond to me and simplified the home buying process to ensure I was prepared and well informed. I much appreciated his patience with working on my loan. He truly ensured I had all my ducks in a row. Jack had my pre-qualification letter that allowed me to find my dream home. Jack can work on loans in every state outside of New York and Arkansas. I highly suggest Jack if you want to close on your home in time and with a trusted lender.

  Jack is a great Loan Officer! This is the 8th or more Real Estate loan I have closed with his help. He is very experienced, will always answer all your questions and give great advice. He is very diligent and persistent until he gets your loan closed and funded. He has never let me down. I highly recommend him!
