  We recently had the pleasure to work with Loan officer, Jake Wicker while shopping for a new home. Jake provides us with pre-approval letters in a timely manner as we needed for making offers on homes. We finally found our home and Jake kept us informed of the progress of our house closing throughout the whole process.   Donna performed a professional and credible service for us. She first worked with us to determine the lowest costs venue for us to obtain the loan (FHA, VA, etc.), provided clear/concise instructions on what information we needed to provide, stayed with us through the last minute details, and was there at closing. No surprises and no problems. Just a professional and credible level of service that does credit to her and her employer.

  I am essentially self employed as a small business owner seeking a construction / mortgage loan for a new house. Our loan officer, Heston King, and his team did an outstanding job of guiding us through the process, kept us well informed of the progress of our application and secured an excellent rate for the loan.   This is the second load I've had with this Financial Institution and in both situations, they handled my mortgage loan extremely well and very transparent until the loan was ready for me to execute. The Loan Officer, Sandra Thomas, was extremely supportive al the way through the process and was always available to answer all my questions and to help facilitate the loan process. She was excellent and that is why I cam back the seocnd time. It is people like to make this business sucessfull. If I need another laon I know where to go, and I will make sure any of my firends that need a mortgage loan, I will recommend her. she is what makes this company sucessfull.

  Craig was recommended by my realtor, Becky Kelly, to handle the lending. As a first-time homebuyer, Craig made the process very easy. I outlined my expectations and he delivered. His dedicated team helped expedite my closing. Would recommend to others.

  Debbie Robinson is great to work with. There were three issues Closing this loan. One I didn’t receive the final disclosure and closing this loan. One I didn’t receive the final disclosure until let them 24 hours before close Which left a little time to get my questions answered. Second, When the sale price change first united decided not to change the down payment amount without my knowledge or input. I could have had less cash out of pocket at closing if that communication was made. Third, there are lots of line items that go into the details of the closing costs. I had to solicit information for myself to make sure I understood every dollar. It would be a value add for First United to take the time to make sure the customer clearly understands each line. I believe Debbie would do this if she had time. It seems that she was very busy and had a little time
