I am not knowledgeable about this kind of business or this kind of process, however, everything was extremely easy to understand and I did very little work on my part.   You would think that refinancing is a horrific experience. However, with John Soricelli and his great and efficient team, the processing was a breeze. They explain whatever is over your head, so to say, in laymen's terms and understandable. They are very patient. Additionally, John's digital explanations of the documents are very helpful. More power to this company!!!!

  John and his team is AWESOME!!! My real estate agent referred me to John and his team, and I must say that I was really impressed by how organized his team is. This was my first time buying a home, and they were very clear on what was needed to be done, on my part. If I ran into any difficulties, they were quick on troubleshooting and making things go smoothly for me. I especially love the videos which made me feel like he was explaining everything in person, but the videos made it so convenient and accessible.   I have taken out 7 new or refinanced mortgages and working with J&J Coastal Lending was definitely one of the best experiences in obtaining a mortgage refinancing. J&J's pricing was highly competitive, but their service really set them apart. John Soricelli really takes the time to make sure there are no surprises in the loan process and that it is relatively painless for the borrower. Before we formally applied for the loan, John did a thorough pre-qualification to make sure there would be no issues and to line us up with the right vendor. Going through the pre-qual process made the overall process much faster and easier, since we gathered a lot of the documents. As we worked through the process, John would send us videos reviewing our pricing, so we understood the pricing and were aligned. At the end of the loan process, he sent a video comparing the initial estimate and the final closing documents so we were aligned that everything went as expected. The entire staff at J&J is great to work with. Aveelyn was our main point of contact and ensured the loan was processed quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend J&J if you need to refinance or obtain a new mortgage.

  I don’t know where to begin. I was referred to John and his organization by a dear friend after having spent 15 months with Tami Sansone at NLB Financial. When I first spoke with John and explained my situation to him , he apologetic, contrite, and frankly embarrassed at the complete lack of professionalism and incompetence exhibited by NLB Financial. John immediately took the reins and the very next day I was contacted by his personal assistant Michelle. Who by way is wonderful. It was that evening or early the very next day when I electronically received the first of many documents that required my signature. I was continually contacted by John’s team leader, Aveelyn Navarro every step of the way. I knew exactly where we were in the process of the loan daily. The loan/refinancing process is daunting and exhausting under the best circumstances except when dealing with John and his team. I never had to leave the house, as a matter of fact, I’ve never met John and his team in person, but I’m looking forward to the day I do. Also, John produced two videos personally that addressed my specific loans and explained everything in detail. Wonderful. To use a sports analogy: If John and his team are the WWF, NLB Financial is backyard brawling.
