  FHA Review has proven to be a great asset to my business. The Condo approval process for the Federal Housing Administration is an overwhelming procedure, yet they make it look easy. They are prompt, attentive and go above and beyond our expectations every time we use them. For a nominal up-front fee they review and report back quickly and inform you if the Condo can be approved or not. Then they take the ball and run with it, if you have ever tried in house to obtain an approval from FHA you understand the coordination between Homeowner, HOA, and Management companies can be daunting and FHA Review takes care of all of it from start to finish. You call them, they do the job fast and you pay reasonably for their service and walk away with a Condo Approval.

  As a Property Manager, I have gone through the process of FHA approval and have found it to be time consuming and extensive. A colleague of mine had suggested using FHA Review and it is by far one of the best recommendations I have ever received! The staff is exceptionally helpful and the turn around time for the approval is amazing. I will continue to use FHA Review and strongly recommend this company to anyone looking for FHA approval.   OMG I can not rave enough how wonderful and knowledgable Natalie is. I called in at my whits end thinking my whole entire VA loan on my "condo" was falling through because of not being on the approved list. Needless to say my lender, real estant agent, the escrow company, and even the seller thought this complex was condominiums. All of them failed to check tract ID's, Pre- lim notices, CCR's for zoning information. When I called Natalie starting working her magic researching my property WITHOUT me having any of the information listed above. She informed me it was not a condo but PUD which does not need to be on the VA approval list. Without her knowledge, information and help I WOULD have lost my loan because the lack of research and knowledge of all of my "team". I now am getting ready to close on my PUD home and I am so grateful that I decided to call FHA review. I would highly recommend giving her a call if you are having approval predicaments. I have full confidence she would be able to find that's it's listed or if not help you get it on the list in a timely manner. I hope this helps. Happy House Hunting
