  My father recommended CB investments, as he has utilized their services several times now and raves about them. This was our first home purchase, so we were very new to the process. We liked how Chris explained things and how straightforward he was from the gate. Chris and Jen were very eager to help us and were very timely through out the whole process, always sending us updates by email or phone, always making sure we knew what was next and approximate timeframes. We originally applied with a different lender and they didn’t make us feel like their number one priority, as Chris and Jen did. Chris and Jen answered all of our questions and concerns and are very honest and knowledgeable about all the different loan options.   Chris and Melissa were very conscientious about answering any questions I had about the processed. They listened to what I wanted and got me a mortgage product that fit my needs The whole process from application to finish was about seven weeks, which was pretty good considering the volume that the lenders are processing right now
