  This is a pretty decent place to bank. If you do have a lot of money they have some decent interest if you're too lazy to invest elsewhere. If you're poor, like I once was they have pretty good services where you can speak with someone at the service area and ask that you disable basically every fee possible like overdrafting and stuff like that. Regardless of how much money I have or haven't had with this bank, I have at all times (hundreds of times) felt respected. I'm going to use this bank until I have over 250,000 or whatever the federally insured limit is. They have consistently put in the effort and deserve a 5.

  This is a good bank. The staff are friendly and helpful. I have only two minor complaints: 1. The drive-up ATM requires the use of an envelope for deposits, which seems both wasteful and out of date. 2. More importantly, the hours are very limited. As a person who uses the bus to get to work, I cannot visit the bank during the week and must do all of my banking on Saturday morning due to limited hours. That being said, this is a good place to bank in Bloomington.

  I have banked with this credit union for many years. Horrible customer service when it comes to charges that you did not make. Management made me feel like they thought I was lying. I have let them use thousands of dollars of my money and was turned down for a $2000 loan but had to open second savings account to even apply. I was never given my account number or any other info. Go elsewhere if you can.

  If you like overdrafting because a company decided to withdrawal money from your account three times in a row with no refund even though you explicitly stated 3 times that you do not want the ability to overdraft, then this is the bank for you! Switching banks immediately. Three thumbs down👎👎👎

  I'm looking to open new account for self employed, I asked her opinion and she just said I don't know. you don't know how to explain to your clients about the difference of your services, I should tell your manager fire you, she's rude, and her attitude just like they don't care about your business. I find different bank than.

  DO NOT BANK HERE! My card was stolen and used all over bloomington I reported it and they are treating me like im the criminal. They sent a form letter that basically says im a liar for reporting it stolen. Refused to talk to the police who are investigating. They dont value your security. Avoid them like the plague and pull your money out if you have any in there as they will not protect you if you are a victim of a crime like me. Shame on you Indiana University Credit Union. The police agree the card is stolen!

  People here at the Credit Union are so nice and they are just awesome people. Even thought I was having some trouble with another company the WONDERFUL lady that I was talking to was AMAZING and KIND! You know who you are and I would like to Thank you again. -Koontz

  I couldn't remember enough of the minutiae of my life to pass the security screening to transfer my own money... even though I'm using the secure banking online feature and got some of the questions right... this has put me in a really bad situation out of the United States. If you ever go abroad get a different bank.

  They closed down my account while I was deployed do to "inactivity". No chance of getting my money back.
