      They stole my card! I am a chase client and used the atm at this location to withdraw some cash. The machine never gave me my cash and held onto my card. When I asked the bank staff they told my it was "standard" procedure to destroy the card. So apparently they are allowed to keep and destroy other institutions property with zero explanation. So now they have my card and my pin and access to my accounts and told me there is nothing I can do.
