      Great customer service! I am not a member but I went in to get something notarized, and the young man was extremely helpful. I will be moving some of my banking to ICCU.

      Payed a check i payed to put a stop payment on caused multi check bounce they removed their bounce check fees but left us to the leagle sharks with a letter explaning bank error that almost ended in jail time and us needing a lawyer just to keep for jail we got little help cleaning their mistake and a lawer bill, for a credit union who is suppose to be for the members we got almost no help for a mistake they did just a note admiting their mistake no back up for the legal mess they caused even after we paid to stop payment orginal check would advise caution! Closed account went back to State Employees credit union now lake trust

      Today after multiple teller mistakes I've closed my account. After cashing two checks around 3:30 I arrive at work to receive a call from the credit union informing me the teller mad a mistake, and was not allowed to give me money for either. After trying to reason with the teller on already having a reciept I fix one check, and return the money for the second before closing my account, but the teller then gives me a large some of money extra, and I receive another call at work asking me to come back in tomorrow to help fix their mistakes AGAIN. I highly suggest you avoid the location on Remmus, as you will end up making multiple trips a day to complete the simplest of transaction. You will be disappointed.

      There's service is not very good I don't think the manager wants to help but if you go to any of the other ones their service is awesome and they want help you and I've been a loyal customer with them for 15 years
