  Iowa Mortgage Solutions is one of the best mortgage companies one could ask for. Top notch. If you have great, good or bad credit- you just have to listen to their instructions and advice throughout the process to help you pursue your dreams. Mike Steger and his staff know what they’re doing and can assist through the entire process. We went from not being able to buy a home to buying two within 3 years.   I just closed on my first house a week ago. Mike Steger was my loan officer, and he was very thorough and helpful. He even answered and returned calls past business hours and worked endlessly to ensure that my loan was moving quickly. While no process is perfect, Iowa Mortgage Solutions has very personable staff. I would absolutely recommend them.
