  Extremely slow.. why would you have both lanes open when your only really servicing the first lane and making everyone in the second lane wait forever.

  IF I COULD GIVE THIS ZERO OR NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!!!!! This is the worst bank I have ever done business with. When we paid our car loan (on time like always) we gave them $550 for them to take our loan amount of 526 out. They apparently decided to take 525 instead. A few weeks later we started getting hounded by them and they threatened to report us to the credit bureau for us apparently owing them $1.01!!!! They looked in their records, admitted they had messed up, and STILL THREATENED US. When I went in to pay today the teller refused to take any change from me. It was $1.01 and she would not take ANY change. She made me come inside and use the coin counter because "we don't take change anymore, that's why we have a coin counter". This is the WORST customer service I have ever seen. The store was not busy, it would have taken 15 seconds to count the change, but the teller was rude and refused to work with me.

  This branch could use some customer service training from the Williams Blvd location. I live in Hiawatha and drive across town just to avoid having to go here. Very disappointing because I love banking with Dupaco in general. Just something about this location. Rude and snarky.

  I hate this place, they don't help u out at all but they are good on running good talk and good game with u. If I could rate this as a ZERO I would most definitely do so with two thumbs down. Find another bank people
