  I drive from Dubuque to do business with Siegel's ,they blow the Dubuque Pawn Shops away on pricing, quality and the most bang for your hard earned buck!!!! I would recommend my Priest to visit Siegel's, because I know he will be treated fairly.... A+++

  Have worked with Brian on a couple necklaces and most recently an engagement ring. Super knowledgeable, personable, no pressure attitude, and received a great value. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Don't be mislead by this being a pawn shop as well if looking for jewelry. Honest, family-owned business. Be sure to consider Siegel's before being sucked into a "big box" jeweler.

  Go Here 1st! 🤙🤟💯💯💪💰💲🤑🤑🤑 I've unfortunately been in a financial "tight spot," on an occasion or two, and - honest on everything - these guys ACTUALLY give you rates on items that, I believe, are TRULY fair. Prime example: Once upon a time I had a $350 cordless drill (maybe 2 yrs old @ time) that I was hurriedly attempting to temporarily pawn off for just a "smidge" of an amount of funds for a situation that had come up. To make a long story short, a "corporate," competitor pawn shop (right here in Cedar Rapids, IA), LITERALLY attempted to tell me that "$20 is the max we can do for that, and that'd only be if you had the battery charger for it, also..." Holy cow! WHAT ?!?! So 20 minutes later I was @ Siegel's, for the first time ever, and right off the bat, the available amount to get a temp pawn loan for, on that Exact Same Drill (with the battery pack included), was $65 or $70, I do believe. And that is a NIGHT-AND-DAY difference, with the same item, merely at 2 different locales within the SAME city... These guys are extremely nice! Very well informed! (More than likely not only of your item, but with other items that are similar, as well.) And, maybe MOST importantly to some/most people, they are realistic about the prospective amounts offered for any and (nearly) every item, that you could think of; they're HIGHLY varied in items they're willing to work with. I truly feel that they attempt to make "win/win" situations, for each party involved, with each and every transaction... Feel free to shop around, if you don't believe me (WHAT?!), but I'd realistically put money on the verdict that these guys will most undoubtedly give you the highest amount possible for the item you're attempting to pawn off. Sometimes it's not necessary to max out the pawn value for your item, but, occasionally, that extra $40/$50/whatever amount could Make or Break the end result of you being able to financially get a stranglehold on the situation that has unexpectedly arisen in your life, and to get out from under it... I wrote a lot, sorry guys! But HONESTLY these guys have VERY much so helped me out in a couple pinches, over the years... Thank you, Siegel's! I Highly, HIGHLY appreciate you guys!   I had a great experience yesterday. I stopped by randomly to see if they could fix my mom's rosery that she had given me a long time ago. Some of the beads had come apart and needed to be put back together. They were very accommodating and fixed it on the spot and when I went to pay for it they said no charge. Wow, that is a old fashion way of doing business and I would recommend Siegel's to anyone.

  Do not let the fact that Siegel's is partly a pawn store throw you. This is the BEST place in Cedar Rapids to buy jewelry. Nice selection of new jewelry and if they don't have it, they'll make it or find it. The staff is very pleasant and they have always been very reasonable with pricing and fair with any sort of issue. My husband buys all my jewelry there, including my wedding set, and everything I own appraises for much more than we paid. Do yourself a favor and go, especially if you're in the market for certified diamonds. Avoid the chain jeweler mark ups and get excellent customer service. You won't be disappointed!

  My grandfathers watch wasn’t working correctly, they did a great job getting it back normal. They also polished a family heirloom ring for free in addition to giving me some advice on how to sell gold. Friendly staff, good prices, great customer service. Would recommend to anyone needing quality watch repair or more than fair prices for gold/ silver exchange.

  My fiancé and I had a wonderful experience. I had my grandmothers ring that was broken and needed to be put in a new ring setting. Jane helped us pick out a new ring setting and helped us pick out new wedding bands. She was extremely helpful and helped us stay in our price range. Wonderful customer service! She even called me on her day off to update me! It’s hard to find a place that is reasonable with price and has great customer service! I highly recommend Siegles!

  I have been shopping at Siegel's for about l6 years. When I first started going there I got acquainted with Carrie and she has been my go-to-person ever since. Sometimes I have ideas and she helps complete the idea. Or, I tell her what I'm looking for and she finds it or thinks of something that will work better. I have always had a good experience - the people are all nice and you can always find something you like. Love Siegel's Jewelry.

  If you're looking for a good deal on electronics, musical equipment, tools, or jewelry you need to check out Siegels. The store is clean, well organized, and well staffed with a core of dedicated long term employees. I've been a frequent shopper here for nearly 20 years. They have great prices, a reasonable return policy, and if you have something you want to sell or get a loan on they're truly the most reasonable. Trust me, I've taken the exact same item to multiple places to compare and not only did Siegels offer me more money, they treated me with respect while doing it. They also have new jewelry, which a lot of people don't know, as well as used. If you're looking for something nice you'd be a fool not to stop in. The bottom line is, Siegels has a been a fixture in Cedar Rapids for generations. This wouldn't be possible if they weren't treating their staff and customers right.

  There really is no point going to a jewelry store in the mall and buying new rings, they get just as worn and scratched as a used ring is. I purchased both my and my fiance's ring here and saved hundreds of dollars buying used. I have been here other times to purchase things and the staff is always super polite and helpful.
