  I have my personal banking accounts at Inwood National Bank in Wylie and couldn't be more pleased with the customer service I receive. I just received a call this morning from an Inwood employee that took ownership of a debit card issue I experienced. She went above and beyond to resolve this issue, including calls and emails outside her normal roles and responsibilities. Thank you Julie, and Inwood National Bank!

  I've been at this bank for 4 years now and they are the absolute best, they take the time to get to know all of their customers and connect with them, they're always so friendly, always smiling and always going above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. I love how everyone makes it a point to know your name. Their dedication, customer service, and care is genuine and you can feel it. I highly recommend this bank!
