  The quickest closing in the history of REI. They had great communication through every step of the process, and we closed faster than ever before. They shopped my loan around and found me the best deal, even as rates were jumping up. I had a direct number to Brandon who always picked up and always was there to help answer my questions. Will call them first next time. Not going to waste my time calling the others.

  I can say without reservation this is not only the best loan agents I have ever worked with but any professional agency ! I had a complicated jumbo loan and my loan agent was Kevin Post. Him and his team hit it out of the park for me. I had complicated documents being self-employed and having a variety of income sources. Kevin understood my documents and got me preappoval within 8 hours. Kevin never over promised he only delivered. He was able to close my escrow with a fully funded loan before 30 days. He went above and beyond in every manner. I had a tremendous amount of anxiety regarding the loan since I waved loan contingency to be able to obtain the property. Kevin never once showed any disapproval of my many many questions at different hours of the day and night. Kevin would get back to my several texts or phone calls within minutes. With a world full of incompetency and a lack of responsiveness, I had none of that. Professionalism, courtesy, and most importantly they got the job done well before the deadline. Great organization I highly recommend them. 5 plus stars !!

  Alex Bezeka is highly recommended. Since this was the first time using an investor mortgage, I needed a little hand-holding. Alex was patient, but professional, and didn't talk down to me or treat me like an idiot- yet filled in the blanks where I was an idiot. The interest rates and fees are comparatively high, but not egregious, and that seems to be typical with this type of loan. I probably could not have found the lender without alex's help. My only complaint about this loan would be the mortgage servicer, which has been sub-par if not quite entirely inept, but that's certainly no fault of the mortgage broker.

  Alex and Matt are absolute champions. As a real estate investor I've used Land Brothers for both my investment properties and my primary residence. Alex is one of the best people I've worked with in the industry; incredibly responsive, thorough, calm and composed when things are hitting the fan, and just a genuinely nice person. Thought we've never met in person, I'm sure we will. Alex offered the best rates out of more than 30+ lenders that I called, but really it was his ability to push difficult loans through that impressed me the most. And we can't forget Matt who solved an impossible problem for me when I had almost zero income on paper and he and only he was able to get a relatively large loan for a new primary residence after every single other lender completely turned me down because I didn't fit into their very square box. People don't usually think of creativity when it comes to lenders/brokers, but he's a maestro. I recommend these two to every other investor I talk to and have a feeling we'll be partners in non-crime for a very long time. These guys have literally changed my life.
