Melissa Lovett5I have never been so satisfied with my bank. Not only do I know every person in the Highland Market branch by name but they know me as well. I can call the branch manager directly to help with any banking need (or really anything else for that matter) big or small. Everyone should have that kind of relationship with their branch manager. Travis Grautreau and his staff are always ready and willing to help and go the extra mile every.single.time. I could not be happier.

Steven Voivedich5I’m a bit embarrassed to admit that as a business owner for 20 years I’ve never known the upside to banking with a local bank. Until now. I can’t attest to how other local banks operate, but when I walk in the front door or pull up in the drive-thru I’m greeted by employees that know my name. The manager Travis Geautrea greets me on a first name basis and is genuinely eager to help me in any way possible. That means a lot. As a matter of fact, everyone I’ve dealt with at all locations have been extremely helpful and eager to help. During the pandemic I needed some help and Stephanie Comeaux, who’s in Lafayette BTW, called me, walked me through everything, and got me taken care of in no time. I’ve NEVER had a bank do that for me. I feel as if I’ve been eating fast food for 20 years and finally went to a five star restaurant for the first time. Bank here, the only regret you’ll have is that you didn’t do it sooner.

Mercedes rodriguez1Where do I even start, we love banking with Investar but this location just needs to be avoided. I came in and needed something taken care of and the lady that was helping me was completely clueless! She printed 5 different forms because she didn’t know what kind of form to use. Also anything that came to her mind, it came out. So I already didn’t feel like I was in good hands because even the customer before me was having issues. She didn’t know or she wasn’t confident in what she was doing. So how was I supposed To be comfortable with her handling my issue. Mind you, my husband and I travel ALOT. Investar is not everywhere yet. So we usually don’t have an issue and most of the employees know us or work with us to make our banking experience as smooth as possible. So then I had to call to check and see what was going on and she just kept repeating her self and still couldn’t get an answer, said she’d call and get info and call me back and that never did. So I was stranded in Louisiana on Mother’s Day weekend ! It wasn’t until 5 days later I was told she did it wrong and had to be redone and then she said go ahead and call such and such and I’m sure they’ll just tell you the same thing. ( that comment was completely unnecessary btw) had I actually went to our original branch I’m sure it wouldn’t have been all this trouble ! The Gonzales branch and the coursey branch are the best in my opinion. Very knowledgeable staff and helpful. I only ended up at this one because it was closest to me at the time. Won’t be doing that Again.
