  James at Custom Mortgage Lending Group was able to get me approved for a Jumbo mortgage at a lower rate than the 3 other banks and lenders I had gotten quotes from. He was the only lender who was able to get my loan approved because I do not have a long credit history. His ability to get quotes from a couple dozen different lenders gives him a significant advantage over traditional banks to get his clients the best rate out there. I will end up saving tens of thousands of dollars over the life of my mortgage because James took the time to shop around for the best rate.

  We did a refinance with James earlier this year. He was able to drop a point and a half off our prior rate and moved us from a 30 year to a 15 year. The process was all done on-line and was seamless and easy with zero hassles. He set us up with a local title company for the closing. In and out with no problems. James obviously knows the business and because of him, we are now plowing through principle and saving a bundle on interest. Definitely recommend James and CMLG to anyone looking to purchase a home or refinance an existing loan. Very happy with our outcome.
