      I’ve been a client here for 12 years. This credit union has changed so much for the worse. They’re just another bank now. They are not relationship based. If you want a CU, go elsewhere; otherwise, you’re just dealing with a common bank.

      I called into y'alls call center and was really frustrated and not in a great mood. I had an issue with a shared atm deposit, the young lady on the phone was so pleasant and friendly. Ashley went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. When I got off the call, my mood had been changed and lifted. Truly made my day better.

      Great personalized service. The banking manager walked me through the steps to open a special account. She took the time to ensure my mobile version of this new account was set up properly. I believe I made the right choice in choosing InTouch!

      I just wanted to take a second to mention the more than outstanding customer service I have gotten from Ms. Breya Martin. I stopped by the office (a total of 3 times within (1) week) to obtain a notary to gain access to my son's account. Unfortunately I was unable to obtain a notary on my first (2) attempts. Without going into detail, I've had some rather unique problems that have come up and she has helped me with compassion, care and understanding! In a day and age when competition is fierce, the only thing to me that sets like companies apart is the kind of attentiveness and courteous customer service that she has given me. Thank you so much for all of your assistance! I'd like to recommend that Ms. Breya Martin receives assistance with obtaining her notary, as I could have avoided 2/3 trips to the office. She is a very hard working individual and she pays attention to detail. She has the work ethic and dedication to solve issues (she remembered my face and the reason as to why I've returned back to the office). She is a rare gem!

      Horrible experience with car loan and member care. Speaking with management all they can say is nothing they can do and "they are to big to send a friendly reminder" before they charge $2300 for less then 3 months of forced place insurance. Wow! Really Wow! Had 3 other vehicles insured for $200 a month. After just over 2 months they notified by email I forgot to insure this particular new vehicle the next day I got coverage for $65 A month and about 10 days later they decide to charge back insurance for approx $1000 a month for a truck. Talk about taking advantage of there members instead of taking care of them. All they had do send friendly reminder or a call like the largest credit union in the world(NFCU) would do ....they obviously care about there members and are not to big. There solution was for additional $50 fee they would let me pay the $2300 as last 2 payments of loan or they will take the truck back and ruin my credit. I feel so taking advantage of and because it's in small print in new vehicle loan contract perfectly legal for them to take advantage and screw over there members for an innocent mistake by a very busy single dad that never missed a regular payment. (So now it's been a year after they responded to the inial message and no one has contacted me they apparently like to leave a response but that's just for show. They have negative credit remarks on my credit report and I have never missed any regular payment and it is the only negative mark in over 20years.)

      I had this great idea of setting aside a second checking account specifically for house maintenance repairs and enhancements. I would then be able to transfer money into it from the general checking account and/or add money through photo deposits. Well, the set up of the new account was giving me some fits---I am not particularly IT savvy. However, Victoria from the Democracy Branch got me through these steps.QUICKLY! Victoria, also, suggested tips for managing my accounts. Thanks, Victoria, and best wishes to you and all the ITCU staff for your assistance .

      Staff is friendly and welcoming. Product line has everything I'd envision from a credit union. My problem is with the branch itself. I have been in the Troy, MI office several times and each time, I leave upset enough to close my account with the CU. The last visit was in mid-January. I was withdrawing some money from a vacation account that I have with the CU. Let me mention that this particular branch does not have tellers anymore - they've been replaced with a monolithic ATM machine sitting in the middle of their lobby. On this particular visit, I had to wait while three people concluded their business, made even slower by having to deal with this ATM: Strike One. When it was my turn, I put in my card and requested my transaction, only to find out that I could not withdraw $1000 from this machine without engaging their "virtual teller". Start over: Strike Two. I request the money and then find out that I have to take the cash in twenties! So now, I have the inconvenience and discomfort of having to count $1000 worth of twenty dollar bills, which I didn't want in the first place, all while the next customer looks over my shoulder wondering what's taking so long: Strike Three. I COULD wire transfer the money to my local, geographically-convenient bank, but why incur the extra work just to withdraw some money? Seriously thinking about transferring my entire portfolio to a CU that offers a HUMAN teller and complementary services.
