  Said my loan was completed all I needed to do was get the survey done. The survey cost $500 which I was told would be returned at closing. After I got the survey done my loan officer came back and said he could not complete the loan. Don't spend any money unless you get a written guarantee. The whole application process was unorganized. E signature document passwords never worked. Contrary to what you loan officer might tell you, he is not in charge and has zero decision making authority. Find a better organized company to work with. If you are using them, make your loan office pay for your survey, tell him you will pay him back at closing. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
