  If there were more than 5 stars, we would definitely give it to Sonia. Being first-time home buyers, we entered the hot market with very little hope to buy our first house but Sonia made the process go extremely smooth. She was very professional, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable about her job. She went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything and all the decision were made with confidence. Sonia is the best agent you can find in town. Highly recommend her to everyone!

  We worked with Intero agent Kyle Introcaso. My wife and I were first time home buyers and so we had a ton of questions. Kyle walked us through the process and explained each step so that we always knew what we were getting ourselves into. He was very patient with us, even when explaining the same thing again and again until we got it! Any questions we asked to which Kyle did not know the answer he would quickly become a subject matter expert. He is an excellent communicator and did a great job of walking us through all of our options to make sure we were 100% satisfied with our home purchase. On top of that, Kyle was incredibly proactive when it came to finding a house that fit us. He really fought for us to get our offer accepted. The market was extremely intense when we bought and Kyle went above and beyond to make sure our offer was smart and competitive. We're extremely happy with all the hard work that Kyle put in to make the house shopping experience as fun and painless as possible. We can't recommend Kyle enough and we're very grateful for all his enthusiasm and patience. And the results speak for themselves: we're so happy with our new house! Thanks Kyle!

  We can't say enough great things about Frank Vento! He first helped us find our dream home as first-time home buyers. We were thrilled with the place and the price. Three and half years later we needed to make a cross-country move and Frank again guided us as first time home sellers. He carefully walked us through the selling process, coordinated all the photos and showings, and even helped us spruce up the place! In the end we got a fantastic price for our house, and it made our move so much easier. Frank's knowledge of the Bay Area, especially the coast, is unrivaled and his advice consistently paid off for us. We wish we could have brought him to the East Coast to help with our next home!

  We are first time buyers. Before we met Jane, we read about home buying, went to some open houses, and saved some money but there was no real progress. We did not trust the realtors that we met. We got in contact with Jane thanks to a recommendation from a friend. Right away, it was clear that Jane is the right fit. She is transparent, honest, patient, and has a lot of experience. Our search wasn't easy due to high expectations paired with low budget. Jane helped us to adjust to the market, understand it, and figure out the financial possibilities/boundaries together with our loan officer. Also, she had a good sense of what buildings were worth and which price they would sell for. When we went all in, there was always someone going higher. If we went lower or refrained from a bid then because the house was not worth it or we had to make sure to have enough money left for fixes. Eventually, we were not expecting to be successful anytime soon but Jane directed us to a newly opened chance. It did not match our original expectations but given the market situation it was bigger than comparable houses, at a nice location, and less pricey than comparable houses such that enough money was left for fixes. We love it. I think, Jane's super power is interacting with other realtors due to her experience. She represents her clients well and makes sure she gets all required information to help her clients to make well informed decisions in their best interest.

  I love working with Sonja Romero.She has helped me with numerous home transactions. My most recent transaction was the sale of my mother’s home in San Jose. Sonja helped make the transaction smooth as possible even with all the issues with Covid restrictions. It’s great knowing I have a agent who is professional and will respond to my questions and concerns in a timely manner, and feeling like I’m her only client at the time.   Victoria is amazing! As a new home buyer, I greatly appreciate that she pretty much held my hand through the entire process. From searching for a home (I had been looking for 2years!), putting in offers, navigating a challenging close, and even afterwards! When we finally landed the perfect place, she helped introduce us to a termite inspector, handyman, and a hose of others in her network so it relieved the stress of researching and we could just focus on moving in.
