  Burgess & Cynthia make a fantastic team, with Burgess crazy busy trying to work with underwriting to help push thru the mirriad of applications (w/these all-time low rates) and Cynthia facilitating all the necessary docs from client. Since I knew my refi would be difficult with my low income being retired, I went with Burgess/Cynthia after being told, "if anyone could pull off a difficult refi, they could!" Their persistence paid off, but Burgess didn't tell me till after we closed that my refi was the hardest he had done in 15 years. His efforts resulted in a 1% rate reduction saving me over $200/mo so U can't do better than Burgess/Cynthia.

  Intermountain Capital has been my goto for Home Loans for the past 5 years or so. I usually do a lot of comparison, but I always end up coming back to Burgess and Intermountain. They have been amazingly fast with my loans, and have been nothing but professional. Just did a refinance which took under a month to finalize. Very quick and responsive.
