  I was looking to start a secondary account with more services than my primary bank. I started to explore my options. Once I started to explore my options I came across Interrior Credit Union. Once joining I applied for a small personal loan. The loan was approved immediately and more. They were able to help me consolidate some more accounts and in addition to the personal loan!! Joining Interrior has saved me a TREMENDOUS amount of money and I would gladly recommend them to anyone! They were professional and patient from start to finish! The loan officer went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed and everything she said they would provide! If had to rate their services on a scale of 1-10 I’d rate them a 25!!!

  Pawan really went above and beyond the call to help me with my account. She was very well-informed with the procedures needed to resolve my issue, and her diligence and friendly demeanor were greatly appreciated! She helped what was potentially a difficult situation be resolved quickly and effectively. This was the very best service I've received over the phone, bar-none..!!

  Joined because of the great rates and services they provide. Ms. Amorose was very helpful explaining all the services they offer and made sure I was happy with everything. She went over and beyond what probably is required of her to do her job effectively. IFCU made us feel valued as members and hope that it gets even better in the near future. I would advise any veterans who are looking for good alternative banking institution to join IFCU.

  Sherry was extremely helpful in getting my account opened after almost being declined. She put in the extra effort needed to help me turn around a decline into an APPROVAL! Sherry is definitely someone you want to have on your side, especially when it comes to banking. She really cares and it shows.   Overall a very easy and speedy experience refinancing my auto loan with Interior Federal Credit Union. From start to finish it took 48 hours. Parker, my loan officer, was quick to respond and overall incredibly helpful.
