  We worked with Chris and his team to secure a loan for our first home and I cannot stress enough what an amazing experience it was!   Van and his team were extremely accommodating and were willing to work and respond at odd hours in order to get the job done. It was relatively quick and painless due to their communication of what needed to be done at every step. I definitely recommend them if you are looking to buy a home in the DMV area.

  Chris and D&K Mortgage is by far the best when it comes to any Mortgage questions or transactions. They always beat all major banks closing time and interest rates, they answer all emails - at any time of the day - in record time. Highly recommend! If you're not using Chris/D&K Mortgage, you're doing yourself a disservice.

  Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had working with a loan processor! Stefanie is wonderful. They run a tough ship and everyone is on the same page. If you are shopping around, look no further because you will not receive better service elsewhere.

  This is my second time working with Draper and Kramer, and just like the first time, this experience was thoroughly professional and exactly what is needed for refinancing. The communication was excellent- the information was explained clearly and Charlie was available at a moment's notice. I was also impressed that Charlie made it a point to conduct a refi that not only benefitted us in the short term, but also in the long term.
