  Andy is absolutely amazing. This was my first mortgage experience and Andy was knowledgeable, kind, and supportive. He worked with me over and over until I understood all aspects of the process, I got the rates that I needed and I had the best deal possible. He even took my calls months later when I started getting mail about being a new home owner and changing my payments - he patiently answered all my questions even after normal work hours. I recommend him 110%!

  Andy went out of his way in multiple ways to help us buy our first home. He was always available to answer questions, would answer his phone/emails in the evening and on weekends, provided multiple cost estimates for various homes we viewed, helped us navigate the complex mortgage process and secured a low fixed rate for our mortgage.   Never imagined that buying a new construction house could be so stressful and time-intensive!! We were really thankful our realtor put us in touch with Andy; he was incredibly responsive to emails and texts (his response times were often on the order of seconds or minutes, not hours), found us good loans that met our specific needs, and helped us lock in a very competitive interest rate. He was upfront, honest, and knowledgeable through the whole seven month process, and he even made it to our settlement appointment on the day of closing. Really felt like I was in good hands with Andy and in retrospect I'm seriously glad we went with him as our mortgage broker!

  We contacted Quicken Loans to start the process of refinancing my wife's house into both of our names. I was using the VA Loan and Quicken told me that we couldn't use the VA Loan to refinance because I was not currently an owner. Quicken wanted $500 up front to start which would be refunded into the loan at closing. Lastly quicken was over 2 full percentage points higher than what Andy got us. Andy is accommodating, professional, fast, and good at his job! He got us an amazing rate, closed within 30 days of contacting him, and charged no up front fees to complete the transaction. This was my first time buying a home. Andy made it seem so easy that I cant understand the jokes people make about how long or difficult the process is to buy or refinance a home. My wife said that it was a night and day difference from her old mortgage company, whom she loved and had a good relationship with. You cannot go wrong with this Company. If you can, you want to get Andy Sikora because he is the best period.

  We very much appreciate Andy's great efforts on our behalf in securing our loan. Andy worked with us for about one year as we looked at a number of houses, made several offers and put one under contract before settling on the home we ultimately purchased.
