  Sanjay and Michael are an incredible team. We got an amazing rate and a loan processed in record time. Yes, when you hire them they may not be as communicative but that is because they are doing the WORK! They also totally come through and will not leave you hanging- at least that was our experience! Again, they truly gave us an unbeatable rate and in record time. Would highly recommend them!

  Excellent mortgage company. I have used them both personally and professionally to finance new purchases as well as refinance existing properties. The staff are consistently friendly, efficient and always have a positive disposition. As a company, they set high but realistic goals and have always provided below average interest rates. Their relentless work ethic sets them apart from other competitors. Highly recommend Intelty whether you are a first time home buyer, seasoned investor or business owner.

  I am a realtor and unfortunately took an offer with this lender as the buyer's lender. HORRIBLE at communicating, HORRIBLE at customer service and they didn't close on time. Michael and Sanjay are incredibly rude and not helpful. I asked what the hold up was on loan docs being 3 days late already, and Michael's answer was " today or tomorrow" asked again to explain the delay his answer " I already answered the question, today or tomorrow" They have been saying that for 3 days. What a nightmare. Do not work with them!! I gave them one star because it wouldn't let me post with out a star. They get 0 Stars.

  I have done multiple loans with them and my experience has always been excellent. I personally worked with Dhaval Velani and Sanjay Shah and they make the impossible possible. They will work countless hours to make sure that everything goes smoothly and get you approved. I have done 2 houses through them will also do business in the future. Hands down, I recommend to everyone! Amazing service and extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff!

  Can't process a basic refinancing. . Lack basic business and communication skills - how can you not know the difference between a jumbo and conforming loan?
