  I have used the services of Integrity Title for a few closings. They are always helpful, responsive, and manage the closing to ensure a smooth close. When things come up unexpectedly, they reach out proactively and try to address them with clear communication and knowledge. They also provide excellent training for agents on the contract process and language. Melissa and Tina have both been great at closing and always take the time to answer and questions.

  Tina is a ROCKSTAR!! Our buyer's lender messed up the paperwork and on short notice had to scramble. They were a day late sending the closing packet to Tina/Integrity Title and she made all of this happen the day of along with her 15+ other closings she had today. We highly recommend!

  Closed a deal using Integrity Title, service was awesome so was the closing agent Tina. Tina came to my client's home to do his part of the closing (he was the seller and he signed a couple of days early) as his health was poor and it was easier for him if she came to him. Everything went smoothly and my client was thrilled. Thanks Tina

  If you use this Company make sure you have an Attourney to protect yourself. It took us over 6 months to get our escrow after our closing and reporting them to the consumer financial protection bureau, CFPB. And when I called for help and follow up, Tina yelled at me, not her responsibility... it took her a day to calm down and follow up to look into a follow up request from the financial institutionSo. I question that they never forwarded our new address signed paperwork? 6 month after stressful, everyone got their money from the closing but us:(
