  Conor is one of the best realtors I have ever worked with, having bought and sold a few homes. Besides being professional, knowledgeable, responsive and courteous, he used his marketing knowledge and skill selling my home within 48 hours on the market. He took time to get the best price and went above and beyond all of my expectations.   I couldn't have found a better Realtor Agent than Conor. I wish I had him for my previous real estate transactions. He go's above and beyond what most realtors do, He provides attentive service, calls back right away, always follows through, and NO is not in his vocabulary. He stays motivated when there is another realtor involved in the transaction, looking out for my best interest. I would not hesitate to recommend him to everyone needing a realtor!   Conor is an amazing real estate agent.  We should know. We spent a year with a different real estate agent you couldn't sell our house Even after spending thousands on upgrades and improvements. After switching, Conor sold it in a month. Conor put together a marketing plan that delivered showings and real prospects then helped us through the negotiation and the closing of our house.   DON’T LOOK ANY FURTHER! THIS IS YOUR GUY. Conor was the real estate agent that I had only dreamed of when my fiancé and I decided we wanted to move down to Florida from Pittsburgh. From day 1, when we decided to take this journey with Conor, he has never missed a beat. From reviewing countless homes through zoom calls, meeting and showing us around town when we visited the St. Pete area, off market home searching, viewing homes on our behalf via facetime, and even moving in deliveries after we closed because we had not moved in yet! Conor is very knowledgeable and up to date with the real estate industry trends. If you had to ask me my favorite characteristic of his, it would be his honesty.
