  I had the pleasure of working with Josh for both my first and second home. The first time I was completely new to the process, and he guided me through every step of the way. Josh is unbelievably thorough, and he was always available to answer any questions that I had. For my second home, I purchased without an agent. With that being said, I was able to rely on Josh whenever I needed any advice on what I should be doing next. It is without a doubt that I would recommend him. Professional, extremely knowledgeable, competitive, and his work ethic is bar none.
