  Johnny and his team are amazing! Ran into a hurdle and he never let me give up! Thank God for him and his team, I have my dream home! He is efficient and fast!! I closed on my house in record time and he walked through the whole thing helping me stay positive!   I have personally used Johnny as have many of my clients. I appreciate knowing that Johnny is the expert on all things regarding mortgages. I trust him to help my clients get the best product for their circumstances. It is great that I can send my clients to him, sometimes up to a year in advance, and he will help them better plan for their mortgage by advising them to sometimes change funds around in order for them to have a better opportunity to get a better interest rate, therefore saving them money!! If Johnny tells me he can get it done, it is done in my book because he consistently does so! I highly recommend all to use Johnny of his team of experts!   After being strung for months by Rocket Mortgage to only have them knit pick out HOA agreement and kill the deal the week before closing. Johnny and his team were able to step up to the plate and turn this in only three weeks. His team was very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. I would plan to use in any future purchases.
