  I have know Dave Kotter of Integrity Capital for several years, and I have worked with him closely for a year and a half and his integrity is exemplified in his service, his results, his team and his word. This man lives out his core values and integrity like few men I've done business with over 35 years. Dave and his team are very proactive in their communication, service and the status updates on commercial loans, and they are straight forward in providing realistic loan options and time frames. Dave and his team are also able to get commercial loans funded when other lenders can not. Integrity Capital is for real and I would highly recommend them!

  I have been investing in properties for over 24 years and have worked with many processors, lenders, and brokers alike. We had some unique situations arise that if not handled correctly, would have cost a lot of money, more pain, and the deal.   Dave Kotter and his team at Integrity Capital out of Scottsdale, AZ helped me just a few months ago by helping me obtain an SBA backed loan........... Start to finish was only 45 days!!!!
