  Kurt and his team are the epitome of customer service! What is most impressive though is that while I know it takes a whole team to take of this type of transaction, Kurt never abandoned me. We was right there following up on all the tasks regardless of who was the lead. He truly is the ultimate leader of his team! Not to mention saved tons of $$!

  Excellent experience with Jodie & JB, even when the first house we were under contract with didn't appraise out.   We are new to Scottsdale and were given the names of three mortgage companies to interview for our home loan. In addition to the three companies, we also interviewed the mortgage department with our bank. When we interviewed Jodi of Nova Home Loans we knew we had found the company we wanted to work with. The best bonus and what made the loan process easier was our loan officer Niki Crawford. Ten stars to the person handling your loan/finances that is knowledgeable, professional, explains things clearly, returns calls promptly and is 100% dedicated to customer service. Thank you Niki. After the closing, we were encouraged to call in the future if we ever have any questions on our mortgage.
