  Going to the bank is not so common these days, but with Intergrity Bank & Trust, (Dublin branch) it is more than "going to the bank"! Annelise is always smiling and willing to go above and beyond to assist. Annelise gets to know you and remembers you each time you walk in. Integrity treats each customer with highest respect and yet gives that "hometown" bank attitude back. I am glad we chose Integrity.

  I wanted to give a shout out to our local bank, integrity bank and trust. I was the branch manager there years ago & worked in banking most of my career. They are local, so it helps our local economy. They offer far superior customer service than any bank in town. If you travel out of the country they don’t charge you to get foreign currency. That is huge. They aren’t fee based so checking accounts have no fees. They refund any atm fees charged by other banks. Dealing with fraud is way easier with them. Anytime you need your debit card limit temporarily raised, you can just call and it’s done instantly while you’re making the large purchase, this happened to me once when I was out of the country. If you want to link accounts in case you spend too much in one, that is free. And many more.

  Switching from a large national bank and wanted a local bank. This bank is convenient, provides all the services and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice to work with an institution that knows you and values your business.

  Excellent customer service! I have my business and personal account with them. Grace the customer service, she is always very nice and very helpful. Owe I can't pass with out mentioning the coffee at the lobby.... love it.
