  I have been working with Inova for several years now because the big banks simply don't care about everyday people. Their service has always been solid and prompt. I recently found myself in a pinch trying to wire some money out and the receiving institution was giving us all kinds of trouble. Jenny Vargas wound up being assigned to my case and she was amazing. She picked up calls and made a number to the other institution to help get things in under the wire for me. Kudos across the board for her and thank you for all of your help! KP

  It was my first visit to this new branch. I was greeted with smiling faces. I was shown a very user friendly monitor on the wall. It was very large print, easy to see and easy to use. Helpful and pleasant to experience. I was even told how to use outside teller. Great experience. I will return. No wait.

  I like the ATM machines inside. You can deposit checks in it and they check them every hour. very minimal staff interaction. Although the staff is very friendly.
