  I stopped in today to get a few papers notarized. Absolutely no benefit to the bank. Friendly reception, detailed service and out the door very quickly. I'm a businessman and there is nothing I could suggest to improve the service I received.

  I have been doing business with Communitywide Federal Credit Union about 10 years. Every person is kind, friendly and helpful whenever I visited. In my opinion, CW offer the best or higher savings & cd rates than any other bank or credit union. Special thanks to office manager (Ronda), She is so helpful & prompt responds for my need.

  *today they helped me get my cc working in 3 minutes.. (and expedited a new 1 to me.) Theyve helped me with this type of thing, and with account issues, potential fraud, loans, leins... *Once I thought my debit card was stolen and they helped me look for errors /incorrect charges AT their office. Most places youd be told to look it thru online, let us know, fill out these forms... blabla.. BUT HERE they gave me printiouts of the charges, let me sit at a desk, so I could search thru my records and ask questions as needed! Out of fruatration I cried a bit- they gave me tissues and space to myself.. were sooo understanding. I resolved that problem immediately as well, because I could take care of it while I was in their office - with their help. *Years back we experienced a VERY sudden death of an immediate family member.. I had to work with the bank some at that time. Again, they hadled all my needs so amazingly, I will never forget the kindness and care given to me and my fam then and now. The team is Always KIND, PATIENT and EFFICIENT! They fix my mistakes and act so cool n calm about it! Over the phone they do so much to help you also! They save me so much time and worrying! You're treated like a family friend at CW. I dont even care how cheesey it sounds its honest TRUTH ! Its CLEAR their mission is customer centralized... NICOLE& BRENDA &ALL of your colleagues are THE BEST!!!!! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!! I recommend CW nonstop!!!!

  Nicole! Oh my! This was the most incredible experience I have ever had with a Credit Union person! Nicole! was an amazing help to me after my own credit union was unable to assist me. Thank you kindly for the assistance you provided me with my account. You are incredible. Perhaps I should switch credit unions? Thank you!

  The people at CommunityWide take the time to make banking personal and pleasant! They have an awesome online presence! But, I like that I get to know them and they make suggestions and help me solve account problems!
