  Jason was awesome! From the beginning he was super helpful, professional and patient, as he explained the process to us, since we were first time home buyers. Even with an unexpected change of plans with our loan, he ended up making the outcome an even better one than the original plan. Even if we emailed on the weekends, he always got back to us very quickly with any questions we had. He really went above and beyond to meet our needs and to make sure we were happy!!

  Jason is THE BEST!! and I should know I've been a Realtor for 7 years and when it came time for my family to purchase a new home and put all that faith into a good lender it was always going to be Jason Gonzalez with Innovative Mortgage! One of the things I MOST loved about Jason was his ability to not put sugar on everything...I wanted to know the good, the bad , and the SCARY.   Jason is the master in the art of mortgages! He will do what it takes to make sure you get the service and professionalism you hired him for. I have personally used him for my primary mortgage and refinance (which saved me almost $700 a month by the way) If you are looking for one of the best in the industry look no further!   Jason was recommended to us by family members, and my husband and I are SO glad they did. We had somewhat of a unique situation and Jason was able to identify what we needed to do early on. We did our part and Jason did more than we ever thought could happen in a short amount of time. He communicated constantly and was very honest about each detail. He got us an extremely low interest rate, which came as a great surprise 2 weeks prior to closing. He made sure the process was smooth and extremely easy on our end while he took on the hard work of making sure we closed in time. Outside of our own experience, my family members use him for their multiple property needs and he is always able to come through for them even when there are difficult or unique details to work out. He was able to connect us with a very experienced realtor who jumped in quickly and helped us grab the home we loved. We cannot recommend him enough. He is extremely thorough, pleasant and extremely upfront and honest with everything going on, as things are happening. Definitely go through Jason for any loan needed- he will make it happen.
