  Great service today from Mr. Charlie Plaza re-opening my business account. I didn’t have the newly required documentation but he was able to find it in their system and get my business checking account up and running. And he even printed my debit card on-site in about 3 minutes. I traveled 2+ hours cause that was the closest branch, and it was worth it. VyStar is highly recommended 👏🏼👏🏼💎

  VyStar has been experiencing technical difficulties with its online banking platform. But I have to say, the downtown Orlando location has been extremely helpful and accommodating. Brandi, Paola and Ray have went above and beyond what is required or necessary to ensure that all my banking needs were met and full filled. Thank you guys for everything. Your truly amazing.

  I stopped into the downtown Orlando VyStar today bc my credit card had expired. Rashaanda Bennett was extremely helpful & professional. She even recommended other cards so I could gain rewards. Great customer service! Very knowledgeable & service with a smile!

  Rashaanda Bennett was very helpful when I arrived to the credit. I had so much paper work and deposit. And she literally stepped up to help me with any services I needed. I opened a business account and personal account with this credit union. I’m so glad I joined and I trust this credit union.

  Vystar is horrible. Not only was their web and mobile banking completely down for over two weeks this month, they offer no online chat and the wait times to talk to someone on the phone are very, very long. I am trying to get my accounts closed there now, but they received a request to transfer my IRA to another bank over two weeks ago and they haven't done it yet. I called about this and was told they have no way to transfer my call to the IRA department, but if I give them my contact info they would have the IRA department contact me. Of course, no one has bothered to contact me. Now I have to go to the government and file a complaint against them. This is the aggravation you will have trying to do business with this inept organization. Beware!

  I moved to downtown Orlando about 2 years ago from Jacksonville. Since 2018 Vystar Credit Union has been my personal and small business place to bank, yet this branch in particular show cases the best Vystar has to offer. I say this because of the amazing team that operates this local branch in my area of downtown Orlando. Each associate I have met during my weekly visits here for the past two years has been a positive impact on my day and work load. Knowledgable, Simple, Professional, 5 Star service (Post-Covid and still has 5 Start service... WHAT?!?) Just today I was greeted by Rashaada Bennett. She is a great example of how great service can feel personalized at Vystar. She remembered the details of my banking visit and starts by a professional greeting and warm smile. I can say so much more about the others on this amazing team, but I challenge you to drop by and see for yourself. Thanks again, Vystar Downtown Orlando!

  Vystar has been so very kind the last few years! Line of credit saved my life over Covid. I moved to a different location and Ms. Rashaanda Bennett is always a pleasure to work with at the new branch! Thank you Vystar!!!

  I came into your facility to inquire about getting an account and alot of other questions because I wasn't that familiar with Vystar. I started talking to someone named Charlie. He couldn't answer most of my questions but referred me to Ariel who was phenomenal! She was able to answer all of my questions and was very professional! Vystar is fortunate to have her in your Orlando office. Maybe Charlie was new or something but he could probably benefit from more training. 5 stars for Ariel and 2 stars for Charlie.

  BRANDI WILSON IS MY FAVOURITE BANKER , every time I show up she assist me with the best service in the world , Never met any banker like her , Every time I show up She has a big smile , She make me feel so comfertable , Someone Needs to give Her a Raise , She should be the manager Of this branch !!!!!!!!!!
