  I have done 3 home purchases and 3 refinances using Innovative Mortgage (using both as a broker and realtor) and have nothing but positive experience with them. Mark and Pete have been knowledgeable, honest, helpful and could not have been more responsive. One of the purchases was especially challenging and I can not imagine we would have gotten through it with any other broker. After 14 years of working with Mark, I would sum him up like this: No one will work as tirelessly to make sure that everything goes smoothly with your purchase/financing - but should things go sideways, there's no one you'd rather have in your corner.

  Had another great experience with these guys . Loved working with Pete and Mark. They are very knowledgeable and professional but what sets them apart is their dedication to their clients.   Mark and Pete are top notch. I have used their services over the last 18 years for home purchases, new mortgages and refinancing. Always honest and quick to respond to any questions I have had. I'm always given all the options for different financing and purchase options. My family and many, many of my friends and co-workers have used Mark and Pete over the years. Nothing but the best.

  The team at Innovative Mortgage are the best! They helped me with my 1st home(17 years) ago and have been using them ever since(refi last week).   I did my initial home loan and re-finance with Innovative Mortgage and had a great experience with both. Mark communicated with me during every step and answered all my questions. He went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience throughout the entire process. They treat people with respect as they also work to help educate their customers on the best fitting product for our needs.
